Very Responsive Service!!

I bought a hand-painted umbrella this spring. It arrived as expected and I loved it, but the frame broke after about 6 months. It was just a random break; not cheesy quality. In any case, I called MyBackyardDecor and they sent a new umbrella frame IMMEDIATELY. A real human being answered the phone, and the same human being called me back. It was the kind of service I don't often see anymore.

Very Responsive Service!!
