Balau Hardwood is similar in strength and durability to Teak Hardwood due to its high density and naturally oil rich composition both of which contribute to the longevity and durability. Yellow Balau has a rich, golden brown color.

Care Tips from the Manufacturer

Balau Hardwood is like any other wood. If you don't maintain it, then it will turn a silver grey. We suggest using a teak oil or tung oil on your furniture. This will cause the wood to darken a bit but it will lighten up. We do not suggest putting a sealer on it as the sealer may crack and peel. You can even use a stain on it like Minwax wood stain if you are OK with the change in color depending on the color of the stain you choose.
