The Pentatonic Chime is the one of the most popular in Music of the Sphere's lineup.

Pentatonic scale is the most widely used melodic scale in the world, dating from ancient Greece. Its pattern is familiar as the black notes of the piano keyboard. The chime contains all the notes to "Amazing Grace" as well as "The Eyes of Texas".

Beautiful tones

My brother and sister-in-law have this chime at their home. I fell in love with its beautiful tone and had to buy one for myself. It is so soothing to listen to when I sit out on my porch.

The pentatonic can play Hendrix

For many years I've had the backyard pleasure of listening to a set of MOTS mezzo soprano, as they were called then, and decided it was time to broaden the range with an alto. The two are out there hanging six feet and twenty years apart in complete accord. There may be more chimes on the market than there were at the turn of the century, but Music of the Spheres is still unequalled in purity of tone.

    Yes — the tubes, the clapper and the windcatcher are black. The tubes are coated with a sleek black corrosion protective finish and will never rust. The ring is heavy gauge polished stainless steel.
