Manufacturer Care Instructions:

Hand wash with a low sudsing detergent.  When using your rug outdoor, a garden hose can be utilized to wash and rinse your rug.  Do not scrub. Rinse thoroughly and hang or lie flat to dry.  When used indoor, a liner is recommended to provide slip resistance and prevent possible color transfer or chemical reaction to manufactured flooring.
